The Kenmore Front Load Washer.
Is kenmore still the most Popular Washing Machine!
With so many new names and models hitting the high street, is the Kenmore Front Load Washing Machine still the most favored home washer around in 2009t? In a world of busy, busy, people, the humble automatic washer has been a great time saving device for singles and families alike. I think just about all members of my immediate family have got modern washing machines installed now. That's except my grandmother, who thinks the world has gone mad with its robots and gadgets. We bough here a beautiful new Kenmore front load washer thinking it would help her out, but she refused to allow it into her house. Talk about set in your ways!
My super domesticated, house-trained bachelor of a brother has 2 LG washing machines at his cherished abodes .One in his London flat and the other in his seaside cottage (it's ok for some!). My sister says that folks who have anything other than Hotpoint washing machines may as well scrub their clothes by hand, and there's little ole me who wouldn't even dream of using anything other than Frigidaire washing machines after my first and only device is still working like new after 4 years of constant use. Well, that was until granny's Kenmore front load washer needed a new home and no one else seemed to want it.
I didn't think anything could top Frigidaire washing machines, but I can now honestly say, with hand on heart, that the best appliance I have ever had in my lifetime is this Kenmore front load washer. I can’t say enough about this product to do it justice. I would never have chosen a Kenmore front load washer myself, but now that I have one, I just couldn’t be happier.
Now if you are preparing to change your old washer, or purchase a new one for the first time, a trusted resources available to anyone who is looking to buy a major home appliance is Consumer Reports Magazine. This time-trusted resource has helped me make many similar decisions and I am never disappointed in its recommendation. The Kenmore front load washer is an example of a product that the family would never have purchased for Granny if it had not been for Consumer Reports.
Kenmore Front Load Washer Gets put through the wringer!
The review found in the trusted magazine compared nearly 40 washing machines. The researchers put in the time and effort to face off the Kenmore front load washer with over 30 other similar products. These researchers washed different types of clothing with different stains and soils.
The machines were rated according to their ability to wash the items, their capacity to hold many items of clothing as well as their efficiency. The efficiency of the Kenmore front load washer and it competitors included how much water and energy the appliances used.
The researchers also considered the noise level of the machines and how gentle the appliances were on the clothes. Both of these issues are very important but they are not observed in any of the stores that the appliances are bought. Fortunately, Consumer Reports was able to do the testing for us and it named the Kenmore front load washer as one of the best buys available in stores.
Overall, you can expect any top loading washing machine to fall well beneath the features available in the front loading washer in general. Basically, the latter is more energy efficient. It is able to handle a larger capacity of clothes while still delivering the most gentle tumble and spins available today. Appliances like the Kenmore front load washer also ring out more water than the top loaders making the clothing easier to dry which in turn saves the consumer money.
The only thing that I wish my new Kenmore front load washer would do is dry the clothes as well. This may not seem possible but there are such appliances in the works for future purchases. Imagine having all of the benefits of the front loader with the added boon of opening the door to find nice, dry clothes. I just have to wait to see how these new machines are rated in the future.
I realise now that I was getting stuck in my ways, just like gran, and that's not good. There's nothing wrong with sticking with a product or brand that has done you justice over the years, but I also think it's wise to keep an open mind on new innovations when it comes to household appliances. My neighbor has just purchased a Maytag washing machine and it really is an all singing all dancing device, and although I'm more than happy with my Kenmore front load washer, I will review all current models irrespective of brands, when I'm ready to replace.
